How to use

Take 1 tablespoon of the oil.

Gently swish it around your mouth for 5–15 minutes.

Move the oil slowly between your teeth.

Avoid swallowing.

When finished, spit the oil into a dustbin (not the sink).

Rinse your mouth with warm water.

Brush your teeth normally.

When to Use?

Use first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, for best results.

How Often?
